TOTO-ly clean!

We used WASHLET by TOTO throughout our home remodel for various reasons, the biggest of them being cleanliness. If you haven’t read my post all about why we put WASHLET in our master bathroom, I encourage you to read that here!

With three busy kids and lots of friends and family in and out of the house, the bathroom area can be, ahem, well, well-loved! Add to that the constant hurried environment of kids rushing through the bathroom and hand washing process and things can get harried!

To protect the WASHLET trademark, we can’t say TOTO WASHLET or make WASHLET a possessive or use an article in front of it (e.g., a or the).

Which is why WASHLET is already doing its magic in helping with all of the above! Not only does WASHLET do a ton of self-cleaning, deodorizing and general freshening to the toilet itself, but it also makes going to the bathroom kind of fun! No, really! My kids tend to go slower and use its “services!” The bidet style functions of WASHLET encourage them to clean themselves more thoroughly (and my kids all three love the services! Sometimes I have to say “you done in there?!”)

Our master bathroom has the Connelly toilet and WASHLET S550e. My husband came up with the idea. As a family, we’ve used WASHLET at these restaurants (read story here) and think they are awesome. So, we knew we already wanted one for our adult bathroom!

I love the idea of teaching her good hygiene processes. It calms me down that she uses WASHLET and it’s doing its job nicely!

We have yet to replace our identical twin boy’s toilet but they are next on the list. Right now, they each use the mudroom bathroom when they need to “do some paperwork” because they love the features!
